🧾 Refund Eligibility: What Qualifies?
We will gladly offer a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

🕒 Time Limit: All refund requests must be initiated within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.
❗ Non-Refundable Scenarios
- Opened packaging or used products
- Refused deliveries without prior notice
- Unverified damage claims or lack of clear supporting evidence
- Products purchased during flash sales, clearance, or final sale
Because MESVA supplements are ingested, safety and hygiene rules strictly prevent us from re-handling opened items.
📦 Return Process (If Required)
If a return is authorized, the following steps apply:

- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photos (if applicable)
- Our team will respond within 2 business days.
- Once approved, return the unused, unopened product to:

📌 Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the error was ours.
💳 How We Process Refunds
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Processing time: 5–7 business days post-approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless waived due to our error.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
🔁 Replacements vs. Refunds
In many cases, especially for damages or shipping errors, we recommend a product replacement rather than a refund — so you can still enjoy your MESVA experience without the wait.
