That’s why we have a fair and transparent refund policy designed to protect your interests while maintaining product safety and integrity.

Due to the nature of our products—ingestible health supplements—our refund policy is bound by health and hygiene protocols.

🔁 What Can Be Refunded?

We offer refunds or replacements for orders that meet the following conditions:

✅ You Are Eligible For a Refund If:

  • You received a wrong product (not what you ordered)
  • Your product arrived damaged or defective
  • Your package is lost in transit and confirmed undelivered
  • You cancel your order before it ships

💡 Please notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return or refund.

❌ What Cannot Be Refunded?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds under the following scenarios:

  • The product has been opened, used, or tampered with
  • You’ve had a change of mind or no longer need the product
  • The order was delivered correctly and in good condition
  • The return request was initiated after 7 days of delivery
  • The delivery was refused without prior communication

We appreciate your understanding—your safety is our top priority, and returned supplements cannot be restocked for health reasons.

📝 How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please email us at info@mesvacare.com with:

  1. Your Order ID
  2. Full Name and contact details
  3. A clear photo of the product and packaging
  4. Brief description of the issue

Our support team will respond within 2 business days and guide you through the next steps.

📦 Returns (If Applicable)

In rare cases where a return is requested and approved:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was due to our error.

💳 Refund Process

Once your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.)
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account depending on your bank or payment provider
  • Refunds are only issued for the product amount, not including original shipping charges (unless waived under special cases)

❗ Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it ships—whichever comes first.

Once the product has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

🧾 Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges due to product sensitivity and compliance with health standards. If you received the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct one upon verification.
